I feel really identyfied with "Clement Mathieu", the teacher who do the impossible just for the benefit of others; Others who just want to sleep, smoke, play or maybe have a family. His method to change their minds and way of living is the music and I think that I can go further than that because I have so many 'tools' to turn someone bad into a person full of knowledge and values, just as clement did and I hope to make them rise as much as I can, not only in languages but also in a social context because no one prepares you fro society and how hard is to fight against it.
Is really complex to understand the students thoughts and this movie is the perfect example, because you will have to face the reallity and try to take advantage of it as much as you can because every student is a different experience that will make you learn how good or bad you are, but for students you will be both because for them everything is a matter of opinion, you are theone who can change that.
I invite you people to watch the movie and think if you would like to turn into a life changer or just a teacher.

2. As a teacher do you think is necessary to change the life of someone, even his/her thoughts? why?
3. The school of nowadays needs a transformation in general terms, how would you make it "better" to overcome those obstacles ?
1. I don't know how to answer that. Maybe because I have not changed the life of none.
ResponderEliminar2. We must do our best and try to help our students to get the best of them. Maybe some of them will change some others no. You cannot expect everyone is going to change.
3. I think that school would be better if we teach to people to learn to think, but not like us but by themselves and to doubt, specially to doubt so that way they will look and research for everything they learn and also they will put in doubt their own knowledge.

EliminarI agree with you, Sebas, I think experiences teach and show you how good or bad teacher you are, we as teachers have to face a lot of realities with every student and we have to learn how to lead with them and at the same time, try to learn from them.

1. That is a tough question. I think it depends on the trouble of the person and your experience, not only as a teacher but as a mediator. I think you as human being can change someone else's thinking by a phrase.
2. Again, it depends on the trouble. If that person is acting in a wrong way, of course it is necessary to change the way he/she thinks because of the welfare of society.
3. I think everything starts with us (individuals), we need an education that allow us think and create, not only repeat.

1. The best way of changing some is just accepting the way everyone has. The rest of things come around.
2. It's better to present or make some be aware of the importance of seeing the life from different outlooks.
3. To take into account the diverse ways of learning and, most of all, create conscience about each one particular story, from where the other comes.

ResponderEliminar1.That's like asking me how many planets are found in the universe, because there are many ways to change a person's life, it depends on how we are and how we act, what we love doing, and what we think we're able to change.
ResponderEliminar2.It's no necessary, I guess that what is the real need is to encourage students to empower their decisions and by our guiding change their lives in to any way they feel happy or completed.
3.I would help the school to understand we're further than mind but body, we need to understand we're forming people not objects, education needs to recognize each of us a individuals forming a society.
